Our Philosophy has always been simple - to work
hard and maintain our
ethical policy whilst ensuring that all of our customers and
employees are treated honourably and fairly. Unlike other
businesses hiding behind a corporate fiction, we believe in
dealing with human beings - like human beings, in an open and
honest way.
With our PRODUCTS this means representing what
you will receive as accurately as possible using images,
accurate descriptions and dimensions. Also increasingly, with
hard to visualise items we include
videos showing the products in use.
For our CUSTOMERS this means that your online
or telephone orders are dealt with QUICKLY, SECURELY and
EFFICIENTLY - ensuring that you get the product that you expect
in the fastest time possible (the majority of orders placed
before 2pm are delivered before 12 noon next day) and our
strict, monitored and certified website and transaction
encryption ensures the best possible security of customer
information.
VISIBILITY is important to us. We believe that
is important to have a clear and open trading policy which is
why you are reading this.
Many times we have looked at other online shops

All of our warehousing (order processing and
dispatch) takes place in our Midlands based warehouse facility
